We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages people visit, how they arrived, roughly where they are, and what device they used. This is standard, aggregate usage data. It does not tell us who you are.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on. The site works normally either way.

If you send us a message through the contact form, we receive whatever you put in it, typically your name, your email address, and your question. We use it to answer you. That is all.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your contact form messages or your analytics data with anyone for advertising, and we do not hand them to data brokers or marketing lists.

The only parties who touch this data are the service providers who run it for us, such as Google for analytics and our booking system for appointments. They act on our instructions.

Email us and we will answer questions about any of this. If you want a message you sent us deleted, ask and we will delete it. Tell us roughly when you sent it so we can find the right one.

You can also block analytics cookies in your browser at any time without telling us.

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
